Maestro Echoplex EP-4
The Maestro Echoplex EP-4 is an analog delay unit from the mid 1976’s. The input signal is recorder to analog tape and repeatedly played back to create an echo. Controls include Echo Delay, Echo Repeats (feedback), Echo Volume, Recording Volume and Echo Tone control for bass and treble. A foot switch is also included to switch the effect on and off. Notable users include Miles Davis, Steve Miller, Joe Satriani, Randy Rhoads, Eddie Van Halen, Moby, Portishead, Andy Summers of The Police, Jimmy Page, Carlos Santana, David Gilmour of Pink Floyd, Neil Young and Brian May of Queen. Our unit has a fresh supply of NOS tape and had been serviced by Evan Renberg of Renberg Amp Repair.
