Sequential Circuits DrumTracks is a drum machine with 13 punch, classic 8-bit digital drum sounds which was released in 1984. It has a mono audio output as well as 6 other outputs which are shared by similar sounds. Channel 1 is kick, Channel 2 is snare and rim shot. Channel 3 is both toms, channel 2 is crash and ride, channel 5 is open and closed hi hat and channel 6 is the remains percussion instruments (claps, tambourine, cowbell, cabasa. It can send and receive midi synch, and clock pulse sync compatible with 24, 48 and 96 PPQN systems. The pitch of each sound can be adjusted. It has been used on tracks by Tame Impala, Daft Pun, Orbital, Simian Mobile Disco, Justice, Chromeo Tangerine Dream, Neon Indian, Com Truise, Dam-Funk and Moby.
