Korg Wavestation EX

Digital Vector Synthesis keyboard from 1990. One of Korg’s most successful keyboards, the Wavestation features a cutting-edge approach to synthesis with the introduction of Vector Synthesis and Wave Sequencing: where small audio segments are blended and morphed to produce very unusual and unique sounds. There is also a Vector joystick to manually alter the sounds in real-time. The Wavestation has been used in countless film scores for its ability to produce suspenseful and unusual sounds. This version (EX) also includes 8 effects, as well as acoustic instruments and drums. Notable Users include Orbital, Biosphere, Jan Hammer, Front 242, Future Sound of London, and The Legendary Pink Dots.
