The Alpha Juno series famous for the "hoover" sound used in early 90's techno. It is a very distinctive sound and hard to reproduce on other synths. The hoover is featured in:

The Alpha Juno 1 is a 49 key keyboard that is not velocity sensitive and does not have a cartridge slot (for velocity and cartridge slot consider the 61 key Juno 2). It features brilliance control, chord memory, octave transpose, and portamento switch.
