Sequential Circuits TOM
Produced in 1985, Sequential Tom was the successor of the Sequential Drumtracks. With this model, Sequential added a 2,300 note sequencer, sample layering and reverse playback. Features full MIDI control, 8 sounds, and 4 note polyphony. We have Harry Axten Design's Oberheim DMX, LinnDrumm, and LM-1 cartridges on hand. These contain binary files form the original ROMs from these machines. All four machines used the mu-law compression, known for its tasty 8 bit crunch that delivers a punch. It was recently serviced by Charles Stella at OC Synth Lab so that all buttons are fully functional.
