Casio CZ-230S

Introduced in 1986, the Casio CZ-230S is a synthesizer that uses phase distortion (PD) synthesis just like the CZ-101 and CZ-1000 but with 100 presets. 4 of which can be user but will need editing externally. It features 4 voices and 4-part multitimbrality, enabling users to layer sounds and build intricate arrangements. The CZ-230S is equipped with a 61-key velocity-sensitive keyboard and offers one of the first programmable sequencers in this price level. 64 memory patches. It includes a data transfer function for loading and saving sequences. We can load your saved sequences and record the audio. It has been used in tracks by Legowelt and OMD.
